IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Absences
C.A.R.E.S. must be notified directly if your child will not be attending the program. Please contact the C.A.R.E.S. phone at 978-815-1509 or email the Site Coordinator at kerin.osgood@wpsk12.com.
Please be reminded that in addition to your child's school, you must make the C.A.R.E.S. Program aware if you have any legal documentation regarding parental discretion. If you have a concern in this regard, please see the Site Coordinator to be sure that she has all the information needed to keep your child safe.
Early Release Days/Vacations
Middle School C.A.R.E.S does not offer the program on early release days or vacations. Please note that not all elementary and middle school early release days are the same. Elementary and middle school conferences occur on different early release days.
If school is not in session, Middle School C.A.R.E.S. will also not be in session.
Snow Days/
Cancellations
*When school has been cancelled due to inclement weather for the Wilmington Public Schools, C.A.R.E.S. will also be cancelled.
*In the event of a delay, C.A.R.E.S. will be business as usual.
*In the event of an emergency early dismissal, C.A.R.E.S. will be cancelled.
